I educate coaches and teach students how to transform their movement to acquire physical freedom and full control over their bodies.
I aspire to help educate and inspire physical freedom through a movement practice that is based on scientific principles, non-dogmatic knowledge and my own experience
In a world where information is widely available, being a critical thinker is more important than ever. In my unique training system I teach my students how to assess, individualize and optimize their training.
A cookie-cutter approach is no longer good enough, to make lasting changes to your physical fitness you need to get a program that works, coaching to individualize to your needs and support to keep going!
Through my online programs and individual coaching I help students become stronger, more flexible and learn how to balance on their hands. My trainees are disciplined, focused and attentive to details in their practice.

..sorry...love your dog in this! (Lost our lab a while ago now and keep thinking I want another one now!)
How many years you have been training for this flexibility sir ? Hope you will notice me thank you sir
More scapular retraction with an arched back , best back muscular development and way more biceps work.Mire bang for your back.
Like Dimpho Johanna Johannesburg appreciate ❤
Arched for back muscular development.
Is this good for balance?
On the Hip Flexion Raise exercise, is the 15 seconds hold for each of the 8 reps or at the end of the set of 8 reps? Also, with the extended leg hold, does it have to be a plantar flex or is dorsi flex also useful? Thanks in advance.
I think you have to hold it just at the end of the set, while for the extended leg hold it's up to you, you can do it both ways to get the maximum benefit
Hollows
Can it be usedful for someone with knock knees too??
Hollow
Both.... 👍🏽
HELLO. TELL ME, TO DO LIKE YOU, DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO A FULL SPLIT WITH LEGS APART OR IS THIS NOT NECESSARY?
what if you're not strong enough? I tried this for years and the most I ever got was 3/4.
VERY NICE ❤❤❤😎👍🔥🔥🔥
HELLO, TELL ME HOW MUCH TIME IT TOOK YOU TO DO THE HIGH ANGLE (V)?
TELL US, DID YOU ONLY DO THESE EXERCISES TO RAISE YOUR LEGS SO HIGH WITH HOLDING THE UPWARD?
Great
Good video. Clear and very detailed (and I LIKED the music, unlike some other people on here). What I want to know is, what if some of these exercises eg. push ups and bodyweight squats get too easy after a while? Are there perhaps more advanced versions of all of these exercises?
Hmm, my shoulderd
Would you know why my upper back does not become vertical during the kickup? I have enough shoulder strength, flexibility, and balance (1m handstand and handstand pushups) but still I can’t get the straight line every time. Any form cues I should use? Pretty much it looks like my legs and middle back are coming into the line before my upper back is
Is it painful whenever you do it?
Glad I came across this video you explained it well I been struggling understanding my body upside down but I’m implementing these techniques on my next training session. Thank you!!
3rd one is hardest
Very impressive❤
Невероятно круто!!!!!!
credits to the original creator or are you just going to steal?
There's no caption/description for this video btw
That's awesome
how to learn like that ?
Beat form, great control.
you don't need to instantly get a straight line, first handstand should have a banana line because it is easier and natural
What should I do if I feel the pulling in the muscles along then groin? I think that area is limiting my range
My pancake sucks right now just started today. It feels like my hamstrings want to run and start their own life
Fantastic ❤
Hi Sid just subscribe to your channel.. i cant do more then 2- 3 second both legs straight for both front and back wall stand
Beautiful foot arch🤌🏽
What's considered mastery for each of these exercises?
Being able to do them with control and good technique for multiple sets of 10 reps or 30-60s holds maybe. Could be a standard to work toward.
Full video is available on my Instagram since it’s longer than 60 seconds… hope it helps!
Let me just save this real quick so I can do it later then proceed to completely forget about it for 3 years
That’s the way to go!
thank you!
No problem🤛

Tack!
The press is a beautiful combination of strength, flexibility and balance... But most are not ready to start pressing right away. You nee to consistently hold the handstand for at least 15-30 seconds and be able to perform the basic shapes like full, tuck and straddle. I created a free mini-course to help you unlock your handstand first, and then you can get into training for the press to handstand. This is a really useful drill to make your kick ups more consistent, but it's also crucial to develop your strength and balance at the same time. I created a free mini-course that you can join to learn the fundamental principles, most effective drills and some program templates you can follow.
